Tuition Policy:  All students pay for one month of tuition by their first class of every month.   If your payment is late, there could be a $35 late fee added to your total balance due.  Students will receive 3-5 classes per month.  Tuition remains the same no matter what.  Tuition will not be adjusted for missed classes and/or holidays.

Holidays our studio is closed:  Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day, Easter 

Attendance Policy:   Please attend all scheduled classes.  Missed classes must be paid for, except for doctor approved illnesses of more than four weeks. If you or your child miss a class, please feel free to make-up that class.  If our teacher has to cancel a class, they will arrange a make-up time.

Arrival/Dismissal Policy: All students are expected to be on time to class. Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled class. Siblings at the studio must be supervised at all times. Please attend to your children.

Late Pick-up Policy: If a student stays on the premises after their class, we reserve the right to charge $1 per minute after their scheduled class dismisses.  Please pick your child up within 5 minutes after class ends.

Student Conduct:  Please respect one another's talents and abilities.  We suggest no cussing, inappropriate language, negative talking or put-downs to anyone.  We will not use the words "I can't" in our school.

Class Etiquette:  Please remind your child to use the restroom before each class, especially preschoolers.  No food, drink or gum is permitted in the studio. Bottled water only. TURN OFF ALL CELLPHONES AND PAGERS while in the studio classroom. Do not make or receive any calls while class is in session. Street shoes are not to be worn on the dance floors.

Dress Code:  Please wear appropriate dance attire, hair in a bun for ballet, and hair pulled back out of face for all other classes.  Appropriate dance shoes are to fit to size and be clean and tied comfortably.  No jewelry except for small stud earrings pierced in bottom of ear lobes. No hoop or dangle earrings. No multiple piercing or body piercing to be worn in classes. Clothing should not be too baggy but comfortable for flexibility.

Cancellation Policy:  Please give us 30 days notice to withdraw from a class. 

Teachers reserve the right to evaluate the student's level of ability and class placement.
